Johan Bernard de Hoog born in Amsterdam November 9th 1866
he died in The Hague December 17th, 1943.
Student at the Quellinusschool in Amsterdam, instructions
from J.F. Hulk and J.C. van Essen.
Bernard de Hoog was a painter of landscapes, figures and
-mainly- farmhouse interiors. Those farmhouse-interiors were
often exported to the United States, Canada and the UK.
Exhibitions in Amsterdam, Arnhem and Rotterdam.
Works in possession of Museum Bilderbeek-Lamaison, Dordrecht.
