Henricus Engelbertus Reijntjes, born in Amsterdam 1817, he died in Amsterdam 1900. 1844-1845 he studied and travelled in Germany. Painter of portraits, historical situations and interiors. His work was often exported to the USA. Exhibitions in Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam.
